At Philanthropic Real Estate Referrals we help potential home buyers and sellers find qualified real estate agents who fit their specific needs.

In providing this service, which is free to the potential home buyer or seller, we generate money for good causes.   

How it works- Serving you while helping others

After letting Philanthropic Real Estate Referrals know about your real estate needs by filling out the appropriate form (selling, buying, or selling and buying) we then work to identify two or three real estate agents who are well qualified to help with your particular circumstances.

Next, we  send you contact information for the identified real estate agents and encourage the agents to reach out to you. At this point you have the opportunity to determine which of the identified real estate agents you prefer to assist you.

After a real estate agent identified by Philanthropic Real Estate Referrals has successfully helped you sell your property or buy a new one, a referral fee is generated. This occurs at no cost to you.

Philanthropic Real Estate Referrals will then donate fifty percent of its share of this fee to charity and good works. Philanthropic Real Estate Referrals chooses where half of the donation is designated and you, the client, gets to decide where the other half is allocated.
